To ensure the personal safety of operators and the stable operation of equipment, and avoid safety accidents and equipment damage, operators must strictly abide by the safety operation regulations of the chamfering machine. The specific specifications are as follows: First, preparation before startup. Operators need to wear personal protective equipment (such as safety helmets, protective glasses, cut-resistant gloves, non-slip shoes). It is strictly prohibited to wear loose clothing or accessories during operation to prevent being involved in the equipment; check whether all components of the equipment are normal, including whether the tool is firmly installed, whether the positioning device is accurate, whether the feeding mechanism is flexible, whether the hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical system is free of leakage, and whether the cooling system is normal; clean up debris around the equipment to ensure the operation area is unobstructed; accurately set cutting parameters (speed, feed rate, chamfer angle, etc.) according to the workpiece material and processing requirements, and it is strictly prohibited to operate beyond the parameters. Second, startup and operation. Before starting the equipment, it is necessary to sound a warning signal to confirm that there are no personnel staying around; start the equipment in jog mode, idle for 3-5 minutes, and check whether the equipment runs smoothly, whether the tool rotates normally, and whether the cooling system discharges fluid; when processing the first workpiece, it is necessary to run at low speed to check the chamfering accuracy and equipment operation status, and start mass processing only after confirmation; during processing, operators must stick to their posts, concentrate their attention, and are strictly prohibited from leaving their posts without permission or doing things unrelated to the operation; it is strictly prohibited to directly touch the rotating tool and moving workpiece with hands. If it is necessary to adjust the workpiece or equipment parameters, the machine must be stopped and the power supply cut off first; if abnormal conditions are found (such as abnormal equipment noise, severe vibration, workpiece deviation, etc.), stop the machine immediately, cut off the power supply, troubleshoot and solve the problem before restarting. Third, finishing after shutdown. After processing, first turn off the tool rotation switch. After the tool completely stops, turn off the cooling system and main power supply; clean the metal chips and oil stains on the equipment surface and operation area with special tools (such as iron hooks, brushes), and it is strictly prohibited to directly grab with hands; check whether the core components of the equipment (tools, spindle, positioning device) are worn, and make maintenance records; place the processed workpieces neatly, clean up waste materials, and keep the operation environment clean and tidy. Fourth, other precautions. Non-professional personnel are strictly prohibited from disassembling or maintaining the equipment. Equipment failures must be handled by professional maintenance personnel; regularly participate in safety operation and equipment maintenance training to improve safety awareness and operational skills; it is strictly prohibited to operate after drinking, when fatigued or ill to ensure a good operating state.
