The stable operation of a chamfering machine is inseparable from the scientific maintenance of core components. Reasonable maintenance can not only extend the service life of the equipment but also ensure processing accuracy and production efficiency. The following are the maintenance points for key components: First, the tool component. As the core component directly in contact with the workpiece, it is necessary to check the sharpness of the tool daily. If there is wear, chipping, etc., it should be ground or replaced in time; clean the metal chips and oil stains on the tool surface before and after operation, and apply special lubricating oil to reduce cutting resistance. Second, the spindle component. The spindle is the key to ensuring processing accuracy. It is necessary to regularly check the stability of the spindle speed and vibration, clean the spindle bearing monthly and supplement high-temperature grease to avoid bearing wear due to insufficient lubrication; at the same time, prevent cooling fluid from seeping into the spindle interior to avoid damaging internal parts. Third, the feeding mechanism. Regularly check the wear degree and tightness of the feeding roller, adjust the pressure in time to ensure stable feeding, and clean the impurities on the roller surface to avoid workpiece slipping; for the chain-type feeding mechanism, regularly check the chain tension and supplement lubricating oil to prevent rust and jamming. Finally, the hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Check the oil level and quality of hydraulic oil/pneumatic oil, replace the hydraulic oil every 6 months, and regularly clean the filter element; check whether the pipeline joints are leaking air or oil, and fasten or replace the seals in time. In addition, it is recommended to establish a maintenance account and conduct comprehensive inspections quarterly to ensure that all components are in the best working condition.
